В ИНК определили победителей грантового конкурса "Энергия родной земли"

В 2000-ом году, когда «Иркутская нефтяная компания» только создавалась, на лицензионных участках Даниловский, Марковский и Япактинский добыча жидкого углеводородного сырья составила всего тридцать тысяч тонн. Компания в прошлом году приступила к подготовке ТЭО потенциального инвестпроекта по освоению запасов газовых и нефтегазоконденсатных месторождений группы ИНК. Основу комплекса составят северные месторождения газового сырья, а также около пятисот километров газопроводов и продуктопроводов, которые протянутся к Усть-Куту.

На заводе должно быть установлено более 1100 единиц оборудования, произведенного в Японии, Корее, Китае и России. Планируемые к выпуску на ИЗП марки полиэтилена используются в машиностроении, медицине, тяжелой и легкой промышленности, в том числе для производства трубопроводов, конструктивных деталей, различных видов пленки, специализированных медицинских изделий. Управляющий директор компании «Имплемента» Дмитрий Акишин отмечает, что перенос запуска завода на несколько месяцев или даже на год кардинально не повлияет на проект.
Представитель пресс-службы ИНК заявил «Ведомостям», что завершение строительства и физический пуск завода пока запланированы на декабрь будущего года. Но на проектную мощность, по его словам, предприятие выйдет в 2025 г. Слова Седых о переносе сроков касались планов по выходу на проектную мощность, уверяет представитель пресс-службы. ИЗП проектной мощностью 650 000 т в год, строительство которого ведется рядом с Усть-Кутом на севере Иркутской области, станет частью газохимического кластера ИНК. Проект кластера предусматривает создание системы предприятий для добычи, подготовки, транспортировки и переработки газа в продукцию с высокой добавленной стоимостью. ИНК реализует проект с 2014 г.
